Sleep for six hours straight.
You can start with my night nanny services from birth until 5 months. Usually moms book me for two nights in a row per week, so they can catch up on much needed sleep. The service includes:
9 pm - 6 am would be a normal night nanny shift (times can vary of course)
Bottle feeding, or bringing the baby for breast feeding
Burping, soothing, changing nappies

Night Nanny Service Add-on COOKING
I cook specialized Postpartum Nutrition.
The first forty days are considered the fourth trimester. Correct nutrition is of the utmost importance for you and your baby at this time. The service includes:
Meal planning
Grocery shopping
Cooking and clean up
Includes: Snacks, Lunch, Dinner, Ayurvedic infusions for lactation (if you breastfeed)

You deserve a healthy relationship with your partner. I stay with your kids for the whole weekend.
I spend Friday till Sunday with your kids. We go outside, we play, we cook together. Whatever suits your kids activities.
